The basic course in haircutting is created to identify the basic steps to create principal haircuts: square, ovalization, layered and graduation cuts to be applied in future cuts. The team covers all basic styles including basic drying.

This course is designed to offer stylists the famous French technique Balayage. You will create natural illuminations using cellophane which ensures a fun alternative to conventional work and offers a wide perspective in your Balayage abilities and techniques.

This course focuses on awareness of the creative possibilities through the different techniques. It also offers a wide variety in tone and contrasts of light. It specializes in the power of color and the application of the different techniques.

This course is designed for all colorists. The content focuses in reviewing theories and fundamental techniques of the color scheme and knowledge of all types of colorization.

Trini
Beauty Expert, Trini salon owner and Ambassador to the L´Oreal brand, Trini has experience in the hairstyling industry and business operations for over 20 years. Her Parisian background has been the true inspiration and motivating factor behind her style and the Trini salons. After moving to the States in 2003, from Paris, Miami became her home and home to Trini in Private. With the first salon opening in 2007, three more opened just one later two in NY City and an additional in Miami. Year 2008 proved even more success for the brand; three more salons and spas opened in Miami. And most recently, the group has grown to eight salons and spas in the States and continues to develop the brand, Trini in Private, under a franchise system. Trini and team teach the Trini and L´Oreal techniques in three languages — English, French, and Spanish.
Michel Antoine Willard
The newest addition to the Academy team, Michel Antoine and Trini have been acquaintances in the industry since Trini came to Miami. Michel Antoine is an all-around inspiration with background in styling, consulting, acting, and instructing. Salon award recipient both in 2001 and 2003, Michel Antoine has expertise leadership, team building, trend forecasting, and sales. Working with some of the top names in professional hair care like L'Oreal, Michel Antoine has proven himself to be part of the Trini team. Trini's recognition and belief in him, Michel has joined the Trini academy team to instruct others on haircutting, styling, color, and balayage. Michel Antoine will instruct the courses in English and Spanish.
